If you can lean out the window and put in a plant hanger, you could hang the feeder from it. Unless of course, the outside of the house is brick. That's where a mason drill bit comes in handy. Unless, you can't deface the property like that. I'm not being much of a help here, am I? Sorry!

Pretty bird! I am still trying to figure out how to hand a bird feeder off the third floor window!
